Tickets are now on sale for the Institute of Visionary History and Archives of the Deep Now, the latest experience devised by Submersive Productions for the Peale Center!
Each experience runs 30-45 minutes for a group of about five people. The Archives of the Deep Now have been recreated by Submersive from instructions left behind by The Institute of Visionary History before they mysteriously vanished in 1997. Each box from The Archives contains an experiment designed to conjure visions of the past in order to ask a specific question. For Episode One, we join Harriet Tubman at a crucial juncture to ask “How does one prevent catastrophe?”
New episodes will be explored in September, October, and November of 2018. We will begin with guided experiences as we discover together the mysterious forces at work in theArchives of the Deep Now. Later in the Fall, guests will have the opportunity to explore and choose their own experiments from The Archive. We will be selling tickets a few weeks at a time, and unveiling new episodes as we gather and incorporate data from our guests.
